Seriously, though.. I play jump rope with the enemy crosshairs.. Strafe to one side, jump across to the other side (and over bullets).. Then I strafe back under the bullets.. Doing this with Blur makes it easier.. I also try to jump over enemies to land behind them for a Sucker Punch boosted shot.. Also being above them makes for a "meaty" headshot with the shotty.. I always run with Gunslinger in my bullet-based builds.. Yay Fragger and Tachmag!

Yea agreeable, bunny hoping is not a skill. Its actually a tactic used by the ppl who...
A. Have no skill and its the only way they can avoid bieng instantly killed....or...
B. Ppl who just use it to piss off the shotgun cloakers, immunizer guided rocket overchargers. Or anyone they are up against for that matter.

I really dont mind it, its not hard to kill a bunnyhoper. You just have to know how. Like aim where they will land, or hop with em. to be honest its not a big deal. Its an option and just like running away, is a viable tactic to use skillfull or not(running isnt very skillfull for that matter either). Im not going to be the guy that cries nerf on frigin hopping. This games bieng nerfmurdered enough as it is. But thats a whole other issue. If someone is a bad shot and cant get instakills or gets killed a lot and bunnyhoping helps them hold out for a fighting chance. I say go for it, I like a challenge. Im not going to expect em to stand there or run in a straight line and get mowed down because in someone elses opinion its the right way to play. How fun would that make it for them? And yes, some ppl play multiplayer to have fun. Not to be subjected to the 12yolds on the mic in the lobby bragging about how much skill they have with thier 40/1 kill death ratio while they ***** about everything they dont agree with yelling lame catchphrases like booyaa! Pwned! And yall gots no skill like me, im da shyt!...(really guy, who cares? Congrats , heres a cupcake, now get a life) <---I know, quite a run on sentence. Point is some things are quite trivial and are just as they are. Running,jumping, rolling. All simple actions, basics ppl use to thier advantage. No use complaining because it doesnt make em impossible to shoot at. It not like they are turning invisable and tapping you on the shoulder as they blow your head clean off.lmao, funny stuff. We should be happy we can jump this game. And its not just a dumb action button like other games. Arghhh I HATE games where you cannot jump at will.

It detracts from realism, and thus the fun. Youre exploiting a game oversight.

As it stands right now, you have to dedicate two of your builds just to PvP for anti-shotgun cloak and hopping.
Which totally ruins the whole 'I kill raiders all day with this, and now I'm going to do some PvP with my character, this will be great!!'

I'm not calling 'Nerf'. I'd rather the game developers focus on better outfits and reworking weapons and modding. PvP is not the main interest of this game.

But hey, thanks for ruining an entire aspect of the game with your pettiness and immaturity.

It happens in every game with guns and multiplayer.
My first experience was in Counter Strike Source many years ago.

I have learnt to just aim for the head so if they jump you still have a chance. If they go prone/crouch you will die however.

No, Unreal Tournament PVP on PC is where I remember the introduction to bunny hopping. It was the only viable way to escape rocket shots.

I would actually laugh my ***** off had they included alot of people bunny hopping in the movie "gamer"

well 1st this game doesn't have bunny hopping like halo, it has jumping. there is a difference. Jumping and aiming is a skill. now auto aim weapons like infectors and BMGs are what ruin this. Auto aim weapons have no place in a PVP game IMO

bunny hopping with detonators takes no skill as the blast radius and damage are the deciding factors. I have seen plenty of detonator bunny hoppers, missile bunny hoppers, courier bunny hoppers and clustershot bunny hoppers.

they were jumping. bunny hopping is not possible in this game. that's what upinya was saying...

honestly it doesn't matter. They look close enough through my sniper scope before their heads pop or the bullet shreds through their chest. And my point still stands. Using a detonator or other explosive while jumping still takes no skill. Not trying to upset or single out anybody. Just pointing out the auto-aim guns aren't the only faves of the jumpers.
