Father's Day

I'm trying to work up the nerve to call my dad and wish him a happy father's day, so I wanted to ask everyone else what they were doing today. Anything special?

And I know we're all nerds, so if any of you have managed to spawn, CONGRATULATIONS! and hope you get to do something nice today.

Call him. You never know, he may not be around next father's day... Such is life.

I dunno, if you have to "work up the nerve to call him" then it sounds like he wasn't all that good of a father, if he even was one at all. Being a father is about more than just being a ***** donor.

But you should just do whatever you think you can live with. If not calling him would make you feel guilty, then you better call him.

Went sailing with him. Not much wind so we just pottered about the lake.

Never had a dad, but my mom has been wanting to try paintball so I took her to a place in the mountains that does it ^_^

A call would be good. At least you won't feel like you didn't at least try. I'll be calling my old man just to say "sup" and keep it brief.

We went to the graveyard and put flowers on daddy's grave. It was hard iris always hard to go there. Daddy died on my birthday almost 10 yrs ago. I hope you work up the nerve and get the call in love to you Bix.
