Thanks hadnt seen that someone had already cracked it. must have missed a few posts.
Did you look close at the PS3 box art? It doesn't look like it's the same, but even though a good resolution, it looks a lot harder to read...can anyone verify what the PS3 one actually shows? Here it is... http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/81qjmJ6mDkL.jpg
Actually, it's probably meaningless, it likely says the same thing, but this one for some reason looks a lot more pixelated...in my spreadsheet I linked to the other picture...

Usually if you log out and log back in, it will fix any problems redeeming codes, otherwise try clearing your cache, history, cookies, and all that in your browser, come back, login, and try again...
These things usually fix any problems you have redeeming the codes...
