Suggestion: Remove or Drastically Shorten Night

Forget it. There is a certain kind of gamer that opposes anything that may possibly make a game more enjoyable. It seems as if Defiance has reached a state already where those are the most vocal on the forums.

Any way, I agree with you and would like to experience Defiance most often in day light. If I want to see night and grey and rain I just need to look outside. California sunshine is just the cure for us Northerners. More always welcome!

Our costumes aren't visible to other players half the time anyway so they ought to add a slider. I'd rather it be night and raining ALL the time, but I can see why it'd be rough for some people.

Not in live but they hyped it pre-release. I was in alpha for like four or five months prior to launch and never saw weather effects there so it must have gotten axed pretty quickly after the video with the chubby blond guy mentioning it was released.

Yes to both the slider for night part and the costumes not being visible half the time. It is really kinda saddening when you realize how some people could have brought all the costumes and yet others can't see it unless they are right up on you.
