Where to begin
Cannoneer on hvy carbine has its down side if you mod it like all other hvy carbines
Fire rate is a huge plus IF YOU DON'T PUT THE BURST CONTROL MAG MOD ON IT
When you equip burst mag, fire rate becomes useless.
Nano is good on that weapon so cannoneer helps it proc a lot, you empty. Clip fast so reloading often is in your favor depending if you have a trigger happy finger or a burst mod
The last shot on clip bonus imo is a meh roll bc that bonus is really meant for snipers or shotguns with giant crit mult
The rest of the gun seem good to me, it would help if you put what types of mod it has. But the only way I see this gun to its full potential is if you eliminate the burst mod as a option for this gun, bc that way it just has a meh bonus and not 2 drawbacks
