Some people are getting region blocked. I have found this video using the different loader we have seen but this has the same quality video as above. It may not help with the region blocking.

Not to be a negative nancy but i saw one thing that i know is going to cause me a headache on premiere night. There's an editing thing with the roller and what i assume are water/gas cans. Going down the road they are on the back, next scene coming over the crest of the arkfall crater they are on top. My wife is going to see that and go on a tirade and I'll be forced to either be very disrespectful or miss 15-30 minutes of the show due to her going on and on. Lose/lose situation for me.

I loved how they tied in that blue glowstick from the game into the show. It is the things like that which I am going to love about this combo.
So far so good for me, but I didn't realize that's how they got the name Defiance.
I would watch it but I want to wait until the whole episode airs so I can be surprised, heh.

The name Defiance comes from the Battle of Defiance which was in the San Francisco Bay Area. Later, when a new town sprang up on top of the ruins of Saint Louis it was named Defiance to honor those who died in the battle.Quote:

After seeing this, I can't help but think that in the game arkfalls could be made more interesting if in some of them you actually had to explore/fight your way through the wreckage of an ark to look for tech to salvage (coop missions style).

yeah the arkfall in the show clip was much, much, much cooler than the arkfalls we got in the Beta.
the show, they got a big piece of a ship that they could walk through.
we just got some silly crystal to shoot at.

Watched it and I have to say, I love how it's filmed. Definitely well made and I'm digging the story. Can't say I'm a fan of Nolan's taste in music, but...that's fine. I can get past that. Heh! It just adds character to him, I suppose. Really looking forward to April 15th, for the show, and April 2nd for the game.
