What we saw in beta was an older update. they have made new updates since that and voice chat works.
So dont worry about it. It will be working fine come April 2nd.
Also tested a third party voice program with the in game chat and they both were working during the pc beta.
What was buggy was the fact that in game chat had what i can on describe as a reverberation to it. You voice came across like a strobe cutting in and out. This wasn't the same voice chat i have had the experience playing with in the Alpha. Alpha it works so i would assume the final product it will work.
Ventrillo worked great. Never tested other 3rd party voice chats.
They also said PC XBOX PS3 all on the same server making people think that we would be able to play with and against each other.

im on both console beta's silly goose, ps3 is nice, and i ran from 1st day beta on xbox, back to ps3 cause lag issues. :pQuote:

Just because they share the same hardware in a central office somewhere doesn't mean you will be playing with the same people. Also they have said countless times that the platform you pick is the platform you play.Quote:
