I could've used a book. I'm an old school console guy that's never played an MMO or online PvP game before. You should have heard how hard my wife laughed when I told her I was going to try to find some teenager at work to explain why there are 8 menus in a FPS.
I remember being a kid and spending Christmas morning reading instruction books to decide what I wanted to play first (as soon as all my relatives left and I was allowed to play my games, of course). Or reading the book on the ride home from the store so you could start playing the minute you got home.
hmmm. I used to judge the quality of the game by how thick the manual was, lol.
I asked before, why instructions didn't come with the game, and was roasted for it by the community. Go to the wiki. Go to the forums. Never Go to the people who built the dam thing. Strategy guides are one thing, How to use a FUNCTION of a game is something entirely different.
