That was actually educational. Thanks everyone for the whole "teach a man to fish thing". I still don't know if I could make 'em though. I'm not that big into pop-culture or internet stuff. At least I get it now.

I just open an image in photoshop, add two lines of text. Impact font, white colour. Put one at the top. Put one at the bottom. Right click each text layer and click "Blend Properties..." then tick "Stroke". Then I save it as a .jpg, and upload it onto photobucket.
