there is nothing wrong with people using w/e tactics to win. But if you wanna say you are the best at something, you need to stand on your own 2 feet and not need help to do it. its easy to get a good K/D if one person is healing you, 1 is weakening people, and 1 is sludging them and you play clean-up. its legit, i get that, but it isn't indicative of personal skill

I'd argue that they are using effective tactics and team work. Kind of nice to see rather than everyone running around killing each other mindlessly.

I'm not gonna argue with teamwork. I mean its a game. if people wanna take it that seriously to win with no incentive, more power to them. all i'm syaing is that using auto aim wepaons, camping, teamwork to heal and focus damage etc, isn't indicitive of indivdual skill. wouldn't you agree?

If your talkign about top 10 players, they would have to show the ability to stand on their own. If you wanted to say top 10 teams or clans then it would be a different story.

I would say my pvp poeple are some of the highest in the game.

If you haven't been killed by them then you don't play pvp that much.

I would agree with the top person on the list. Alectrix is elusive. He uses some great positioning, but I'm starting to catch on to his dance on the boxes in observatory.
I don't agree with anyone else on your list. Dirty Scrub tends to get high K/D when Alec is there, but his game goes down badly when not in a group of your guild members.

I should also say: a lot of people have left this game. There was some professional talent around that no longer plays.

i agree with alot of what you say. Alot of those players only do well when grouped up using team tactics. Alectix is an exemption and well i do think he is a good player. he also sits on the boxes in observatory with a bog boomer and BMG and just lobs shots into groups and if anyone damages him he jumps down where you can't get him and heals with the BMG. I mean its a legit stratgey just like grouping up. but i think the bets players are the ones who can be in the middle of battle and still come out on top. Not the ones taht use tactics.

I sitll think they should just make a playlist and have it be bullet weapson only, no ego powers, and a lot of people would come back. i don't even really play it anymore cuase the PvP has just gone downhill. I wen't back to playing gears of war PvP instead.

Not only is it amusing that you think I "run" with anyone (I have not once, Even ONCE, pvped in a group other than a guild shadow war outing), I think it's funny that you assume the random that play PvP a lot more than you do wouldn't know where the talent was.

Do tell, as you puff out your e-chest, who is my "crew"? I'm friends with a lot of people here, but I still shoot at them.

edit: to be clear, I don't put myself in the top 10, unless the player base has shrunk even beyond what I think. When I see those names, I think about what I've seen when I've played them (countless times). Alectrix is top 10 material. The rest, a clean no. Scrub may be top 20. But bigsmoke? Bloodrush? Is this a joke? I'm sure they're nice guys, but just carrying a Boomer and killing scrubs doesn't make you good.

I'm honestly shocked nobody has mentioned fartripper. i'm not a bragger so i don't even pay attention to myself. i like to have fun and thats all. but even playing against everyone listed in this thread every game fartripper is in he is MVP 95% of the time.
