Usually only the 1 and 2 tier of the synergy is important for most synergies. To maximum the dps of the weapon, I would mod the stock and the scope with purple and mod the barrel and mag to be OJ.

Here is my tip, stop listening to terrible people and use a drummer instead for long range. Drummer would have way higher dps at long range than a disruptor. Use a fire dove for critting at long...

I usually simply T5 the barrel and mag unless I need particular synergy tier. Rest gets t4ed. If you can afford it, why not? If I am gonna mod something, I am gonna mod it right.
