1 _ reduce the damage of head shots on snipers 110% (that reduces sniper cloakcamping lol).
2 _ increases the damage of syphon on pvp around of 5% would be cool.

i preffer a fix on bug nades maybe making them rad or elec bugs and spawn 8, or increase the damage radius maybe add a second nano effect like health or shield drain n effect time on flashbang nade,...
