Perhaps entering one of the extra codes that have been found will unlock it for you. It's possible the site simply didn't register one of the codes you entered.

I believe that rifle is VOT/Votan Bolter, though I may be wrong. The Phoenix rifle would look awesome if it had features on it resembling the bird itself.

Best part about the deer was the instant you killed it, another spawned in the exact same spot. My friend and I wasted a good 10 minutes just punching them and piling up the bodies.
