have to put into consideration this is the first MMO for 360 an PS3 soo there will be complications on getting this game an its severs up an running right..
another thing is you cant expect a refund cause all they care about is money to begin with

about 12 30 mountain time an still down... a bit frustrated 2 1/2 hours
