i checked today and the script bug is fixed so you should be able to get the missing levels now. it also trigger the 120 codes used as it should i got my level 15 reward.
looks to me that the script trigger that is supposed to flag your "level" up from ego 14 to ego 15 is broken. i checked my transaction history and i dont see it flagging.
this was for my ego level...
