Actually, you're doing it wrong. You go around tapping every minor Arkfall on the map, tapping every emergency event, then proceeding to the last phase of the Major Arkfalls to get credit for those....

This level EGO is not hard to get if you have enormous amounts of play time, do pursuits, abuse the arkfall tapping bugs, hellbug emergency quests, and San Quentin hulker abuse.
