Audio Issues

I am unsure if this has been addressed or not but from what I have gathered after Patching, any cutscene and when I shoot someone, melee (dont have to make contact), get shot, or throw a grenade a sound file is played of an NPC or another character saying a set line. If more information is needed I can attempt to gather it to the best of my knowledge, if the issue is something that was already fixt (been MIA due to RL for a month or two) then I apologize in advance

I'm having same issue!! Should we delete and reinstall. It's so bad the game is almost unplayable

So I take it this issue hasn't been resolved then? I am about to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if that works but would rather not due to the time it takes bleh

So by uninstalling and reinstalling, the issue has been fixt... idk what was the cause but regardless the issue is fixt. Hope those having issues with this find this helpful
