If you're asking for the Volge to be nerfed...

Hrmm just took out two Volge emergencies solo without even a little issue. Pop decoy, run in, grab super weapon, kill Volge, repeat for second wave, kill final boss dude (quite easy if you know how to dodge). I was using a blue vendor bought VOT Pulsar and a instant pop orange frag grenade. Had my Detonator in slot 2 but didn't use it. Decoy was the real lynch pin here .. gave me time enough to get the super weapons which one shot the Volge and since they clump can kill multiple with one shot. Easy peasy stuff. Why people havin' problems, yo?

To be honest, after doing a lot of volge emergencies, I do think the troopers need a buff or need more in numbers. The others do provide a decent challenge for all level of players, but I wouldn't be against a little buff on them as well. I do like them as-is also.

I agree but as far as the numbers go, I think it's great for emergencies. I'm sure they are saving the large number of volge for the new sieges coming up soon, it's going to be so EPIC!!

You are right. I think it is a good number for emergencies, and after the emergencies lighten up some, I really hope that there are still a good amount of volge ones mixed in with the rest. I think I was the most active tonight doing emergencies and actually traveling around the map with friends looking for volge (rather than doing co op or trading) than I have in a long time.

One thing I do like. I actually feel like I was rewarded properly for the work I put in. Got good loot off these guys. To me it made emergencies feel like they were worth doing. I hope Trion continues this.

I usually only read in this forum. But i have to write now. The volge a great. They are just Hard enough to not let you Run in guns blazing, half drunk, half stoned.
They do drop great loot. Greens and blues quite regular.

The Volge don't need to be nerfed, but the playerbase does need to be buffed so there can be huge numbers of these guys. We need rockets on vehicles, .30 caliber chainguns on the front of these Challengers, better durability for the vehicles, and personal weapons with deeper penetration. I feel like this may have been better released when the players had a larger arsenal and better vehicle options.

I ran across them this morning at ego 400. There was no way I could solo them and they were spawning very close to my mission areas making them impossible to complete. They spit out too much damage too accurately and have too many hit points. Therefore, they need to be adjusted so they aren't an irritating roadblock.

Not everyone wants to use the weapons on site though.. I am working on leveling weapons up so that makes it harder. I think anyone can wipe them out using the advanced weapons but that is boring and only useful if you want to rush through. Not used one yet and do not plan to. I got my LMG up 6 levels with them and 2 on my semi auto sniper. They just respawn over and over again which does make it a bit hard to drive round now and if you are not using advanced weapons solo first wave no issue but the bugger at the end can run through trucks, shoot through them etc think they could adjust that a little. Still it is doable but time consuming and I am noticing not every emergency gives out xp but all give good loot. Also no key codes. I do not think i could drive more than 50 meters without coming across more volge. I did manage to get 50,000 salvage though still some keycodes would be nice and if they moved the spawn from mine 99 where the weekly contract is that was kind of funny in to kill 99's and out hit by volge and bugs then repeat :P They pretty much spawn everywhere and right on top of other things I am going to do a new playthrough of the game I can imagine it been an issue like above poster says if i dont get a few clan mates to tag along.

Oh well guns level very fast now and somethign new just wish they put the volge in a episode mission or made a co op map with them or even sieges. I got the pursuit done in 10 minutes plus it said I did five when I only did 2 ??
