OK so here are my interactions with the Volge so far--

1st meeting--one shot my shield is down. Second shot I'm dead. Auto-rez. third shot, shield down, fourth shot, dead. Extract.

2nd meeting--I am skulking around in cover trying to target one of them. Two of them detect me somehow, another two-shots and I'm dead. This time I think I get one shot off with my sniper weap. Extract.

3rd meeting--In same area as #2, getting ready to do major miner. they kill me AGAIN .

I'm at Ego 290 with this "alt" character, and it doesn't seem like I can touch these guys. IMHO they need to be 'scaled back' or something for us lowbies, or I'm gonna be saying WTF ?! a WHOLE lot more !

The Volge are supposed to be hard - that's the whole idea of them.

I hope this means that they're not listening to this sort of thing. Yes, they are difficult! And they're a whole bunch of fun... even when I'm having my teeth fed to me on a platter!

This isn't an overpowered critter... it's down to underpowered tactics!

As a suggestion to those with difficulties, the Volge *do not* like fire. Set them ablaze and get the marshmallows!!

1 vs 1 you can if you have a fast firing or high crit weapon with siphon nano. (any shield but recommend respark) as they 'pause' if crit hit.
2 or more vs 1..... gets bad fast without cover

4 or more and no cover (a few pop like this) sniper and let them come to you

Siphon Nano ? I suspect you are playing a 1k-plus EGO toon--my highest is in the 700's--I have never seen siphon mods.

I have no problems with tough adversaries--just when they are so totally OP in regard to my toon and weapons--which the Volge are to a 300-level toon.

Well when you come on and fight them and it takes 3 to 5 clips of ammo to kill them its a little annoying and then they can 1 shot you they need a freaking nerf! I am one of many who think its annoying that they are OP and for new players who come to the game and get into a fight versus the volge they'll rage quit and leave the game so ya GG.

Do your vehicles not work? When I was low level, I'd drive right past 99'ers, tooting my horn, giving the Blacklung the bird. If you can't win the fight, don't get in it! Think how ridiculous the game would be if all the enemies were scaled to low level? What's the point in playing once you eclipse them?

Learn to drive around the roadblocks and or travel in packs.

Sorry but your argument is childish and self centered and I reject it.

BTW... requiring more than 3 mags is overpowered? Don't run into a Hulker than, you will cry.

All you whiners need to just kill yourselves. They finally add some type of difficulty to the game and you complain about it. If you can't kill them then avoid them. Don't go crying nerf just because you guys suck. I had no problem killing them. It only took me 15 minutes to do that episode and the only reason it took that long was to find them. I died once and learned quick that you can't fight them toe to toe and you can't stay in one spot for too long. If you move from cover to cover, pop out and shoot, and make your shots count they die easily just like every other enemy on the game. Ego rating doesn't make that much of a difference because the equipment is basically the same. Higher egos may have a few more hit points or minor differences in stats but if your skilled enough they can be killed easily.

Not even on the game for 20 minutes get into 2 fights with them and get wrecked. My clan mate shows up we both get wrecked by one volage NERF NOW c cause you just pissed off a loyal fan.

OH DEAR..ok my purple brutal, AR .with mods takes out a whole instance with the volge in 8-10 mins...SOLO! I really cant understand whats the problem with them..your recharge rate on ya shield maybe? Shock resistence is a must as the lightinbolts that they shoot you wiv is a big clue...ive even killed em with a shoty.they need LEAVING ALONE.the challenge is nice an they drop blues.

Volge Vicera's Are Fawking BS i died like 23 times trying to kill and elite one im sorry but ither Dumb them down or make em weaker cuz u need at least 2 ppl to make them worth while or ur just burning scrip while dying over and over
