Ya it's a new thing called give out Beta Key's to People and than never invite them for the beta for the date's that it said lol

I had the same issue,but i think it was because i used the stress client,after downloaded it and updated it again yesterday it Works perfectly.

You need the email. if you don't have an email and try to activate it without permission you will get this error. If you did't get an email on the 17th, you will more then likely get one in the morning before the beta starts.

I get Patch Error [117] Download Error [0], I was in the last beta, don't have an agreement to accept and was able to reinstall the game yesterday.
