Claim Item Cap?

I comPLETEly understand your point, and sadly, agree with it more than I want to.

I have 197 inv spaces that I bought.
No prob.
The game returns things to me of lesser quality than I stored there on occasion. Mostly items with nano, sometimes items with leveled bonus.... I paid actual currency for the extra slots.

there are several boosts that I bought, so far, that were nullified by server outages and down time. One boost was completely 'lost'.

I figure that if I have a few things in the 'cart', I can leave them there a little while longer.

Trion's decision making process regarding money I invest in the game ( and I love the game, a lot) will determine whether I purchase the DLC pack, or not.

I'm making conversation, I'm not an authority figure in the game or on the forum.
And for the record, I enjoy reading your stuff.

yeah, I hear ya. you know Trion is good at removing something if they feel that they are losing potential money to. (keycodes from Emergencies, Mine 99 nerf)
For a place to have what you earned temporarily stored in the claimed items is a great thing to have. I don't want to see something like this to be removed or limited because a few people like to abuse it.

None. I am constantly breaking down and selling things
from my in game inventory. The store's backup never sees
Anything from me. I think the only issue would be mass
space on the severs being taxed, since from my understanding
that data wouldnt go client side till after it was excepted in
to your loadout inventory. Honestly I don't care about anything
except for better server performance. .

I don't care what your personal opinion on using the "claim items" section as storage is, (I personally have a couple dozen items in it now), I want to know if there is a cap or not. A Trion rep told me it was higher than 99 but I did not want to waste their time by asking if there was a cap. For the people that think it's abusing the game in some way, if Trion thought it was a problem they would limit it(time limit to claim etc.), but they haven't...and I have no problem clearing mine out if they do. Please post
the number of known items allowed, that's the topic of this post. Thanks

I do not think there is a cap. If it did cap people would be online non stop yelling about "I just finished an arkfall and didn't get anything"

It protects the dev team as much if not more that the player. This feature has to save 1000's of support tickets.

I know a few people in the 400ish range and it is continually climbing. I don't know if there is a person out there that has acquired enough items to know the definitive answer to the OP's question.

I've found the cap on Xbox to be 20 items, cause when it gets to 20 when I buy lockboxes no more items are added to it. I will note that i haven't bought any inventory space items for bits.

There is also the part where Trion will purge anything left in the claim item section if it is over 3days old(not completely sure on the time line but its close this) and you will lose all of the items in there not just the old ones.

Must be a PC thing??? I have items in there from the when the game first launced..
Hoping they notify players if they are planning on doing this on PS3 though.

I think thats only on PC. Note console players have claimed 400+ (user "Moa" a few posts above yours). I personally had 99 at one time but didn't want to try to go over and chance losing a legendary or something ridiculous.
