Why can't I add shotgun converter??????

Just pulled a legandary Vot fragger out of a box. It came with no nano so I tried to attach a toxic or fire converter on it but in the salvage matrix the option to add either of the converters isn't there. The only mod that's coming up when I goto add a mag mod is the Shot pod. Does anyone know if this is always the case or should I be submitting a ticket?

I've had trouble with shot converters not showing up as well, then later on work just fine. However, there is a checklist to go through for this scenario:

1) Double check that they are mods to the correct weapon type you have selected.

2) Repeat step 1.

3) 1 & 2 didn't work? Try unequipping the gun from all of your loadouts and then modding it.

4) Still no Cigar? Relog and relog again! Relog some more and more!

5) IT'S BUGGED!!!! OH MERCIFUL GODS WHY!?!?!!?

I tried unequipping and relogging it's still not working. Guess I'll just submit a ticket

I don't know if true but in the forums there have been posts about converters not working on votan weapons. It seems to be specific to vot shotguns only. I assume its a bug by unsure.
