It is not meant as judgement but more as comment that you regularly voice how this game is horrific and how cheated you felt for spending your money on the season pass. Your opinion although valid is one sided and just as fan boys are quick to defend you are quick to slate. Referring to a rumour that the games servers are shutting down without any reference is intentionally carrying on a rumour.

Stop trying to derail this thread. This thread is about DLC refunds. You're complaints have been noted & will be taken into consideration by the court.

Sorry,but I don't think you can get a refund for the season pass if you bought it on PSN. I'm not 100% sure,but I'm sure had somebody done it,they would've run rampant all over these forums.

Content that was announced in April - that is lackluster at best. - I personally have decided the money was just wasted money instead of getting a refund and Defiance will not get anymore money from me.

He's angry with Trion so he come here every day to open whining threads,now that he had his money back we all hope that's the end of the story.
By the way if I where Trion staff I would ban these accounts,no one put a gun in my head to make me purchase Defiance and season pass,some thing of the game are good and some are bad,if people only just could wait before spending money all that whine would be avoided,but no, kids can't wait.
