DLC race?

Does anyone have any info on which race will be released upon future dlc? I'm hoping for Castithan honestly. Ara Shondu was just absolutely stunning in my eyes xD

Trion could also make the dlc aliens either the technical Indogene..a high possibility, or those really tall ones-i forget the name, but same as the guy in the Comandeer Cronkite coop level...selisthan??

I think Castithans as they are most important in Votan society, and more likely to have been in higher numbers on the arks in the first place-due to their high position.

It will be fun to find out!

Its been said that the reason only one person shows up in cut scenes during co-op maps is because the cut scenes have a template where the character would go. So I'd say the tall Sensoth and short Liberata are out.

We know that Castithans can fight (Dark Matter) so I say it is them, Indogene are all about science and knowledge so probably wouldn't be the best soldiers.

If the Volge are robots (Although I suspect that they are in fact biological) you could play them but they appear to be against everyone else so probably wouldn't care for ark hunting. And the Gulanee are energy and might be too overpowered for the game.

So I bet its Castithan.

Unless it is day 1 i see little point of it. Do you restart and lose all your levels, or just magically change race. You would lose alot of immersion with either method, which would make the game less fun. IMO

I would hope that the new race would be given its own starting storyline. Level really doesn't make much difference, when you compare it to games like WoW or Rift, part of the reason it's called EGO :P

Yup, that's definitely an issue.

They could offer race change as a paid "premium service" for those who don't want to start a new character from scratch, letting you change your looks (with the aid of some advanced alien tech of course) for a small fee, like $10-15.
