Trying to link - Undefined.

Ok, so im trying to link my xbox 360 version of the beta to my trion account. Except whenever i do it sais it is successful but the link is "Undefined" and if i leave the page and go back its gone. I want to know weather this is just a beta problem or weather its something more concerning (i dont think its a beta problem, as its giving me a code fine, but the web site recognises it as something other than an xbox). Before you tell me to search the forums - i have and though many people have complained about it noone has given an answer as to why it happens and how to fix it. Fairly worried all my pre order / ultimate edition content will be lost if i cant link my account.

Try to log out close browser and log back in, and then proceed to what you're trying to do.

Tried it everyday since the beta released with the same results. Could it be a problem with firefox? also i dont know if this is relevent but my pre-order beta was for XBOX, but when trion sent me a beta for just signing up they sent me a PC dowload beta.

Yeah, been telling myself to wait till release, but just incase its still there at release im gonna be stuck with nothing and the whole reason i spent the extra to get the UE (apart from season pass) was all the early boosts to help me level and the likes. But cheers buddy will send them a ticket!

Try this forum post for an answer. I just searched linking and they all say the Beta is being erased, and not to try and link. I cannot find the dev post saying so though. http://forums.defiance.com/showthrea...hlight=linking
