It seems that all pre-orders get the Challenger. See here for an example:

I just Pre Ordered my Standard version of the game at Gamestop and heard something about them running out of DLC codes. So I'm trying to find out if this will prevent me from getting the Challenger even tho I Pre Ordered the game?

I would suggest you ask them what DLC codes they're running out of. It could be the exclusive GS infector.

Probably a stupid question but... I've got 2 teenage sons that are just as anxious to play as I am. Do we have to draw straws to see who gets the bonus material for our guy or will each of our log-ins be able to use the code?

I hear the PSN store wont update untill the afternoon of april 2nd. If that is true you will have to wait until the afternoon to download and then that downloading could take 3-6 hours. It might well be 10'oclock or even midnight before you start playing (worse yet might be the next day after work or school)
