In order to facilitate them being buffed faster, I will keep buying bits in your store so you guys can have enough cash to develop them stronger than they are.

So glad that you're an uber leet player that can blow through content all by your lonesome and are just such a good game player that nothing challenges you.

However, there ARE other people than you playing the game that don't have your awesome skillz, yo. Please, think of the little people.

Where did people get the idea that the Volge were supposed to be some sort of super soldiers??
From my memory they were just aliens bread for a specific purpose.....didn't see a mention of them being imparted with super powers or x-ray vision or anything. (Anyone seen a Red Caped elite yet?)

People need to be patient...the Volge we currently have in emergencies seem to be just an introduction to them ready for the upcoming DLC. From what I have seen and heard the DLC will include a lot more of them so hold on to your underpants and have some patience.

Oh and I agree that the Volge should be removed from the starting areas and kept to the southern end of the map.

For sure. I'm EGO 3000+ and not too bad at shooters and I find myself if I don't play 90+% seriously I will die.

Completely agree, there should be areas with more Volge.. In the movie there were an army of them attacking Defiance, that would be nice Or something like a Volge arkfall. Let's wait and see what the developers will do. Good luck!

    2. If you think they are so easy, feel free to join the "new players". Restart your character and play them from lvl 1. I am sure they will be suffciently harder when you don't have 6+ perks and top of the line weapons.

    Cheers
    1. A large audience, a majority of whom have been with the game since before release, and have consistently brought up a severe lack of challenging enemies, and reasons to keep playing. God forbid they give us something to keep the majority of their population around. The first DLC sure isn't looking to offer much to people at the end game (and it's questionable whether it's worth buying with the majority of the content being free to everyone).

    2. Yes, because those 6+ perks drastically alter the game play... (Fortitude and Thick Skinned are the only perks that have a major gameplay effect). And top of the line weapons? Seriously, my 2.8k SAW is no different from the one they give a starting Machinist except a few tiny bonuses that are barely noticed.

Not saying they need a buff or not, but your arguments are flawed.

They need to scale them up better for groups

I went on the Death March with 25 or more other players on the PS3 last night. It was organized by a clan called 3rd World Tactics and we had a blast. BUT...and this is a big BUT...they really need to scale enemies up for a big group like that. We actually melee'd a whole emergency and beat the **** out of the Volge like they were nothing. When I solo, I have to take on up to 3 or 4 Volge at once, which makes it really hard if you don't fight them the right way...But when we had a big group like that, there should be 20 to 25 Volge spawning, but there were barely any more than when you have 3 people with you. It was WAY WAY too easy for our army of ark hunters. Trion, please fix the scaling of enemies for big groups. And also, enemy attacks should be quicker and harder to dodge. The Viscera charge attack is easy to dodge, so it should kill you with one hit when you get hit by it. And the shots he takes at you from his gun should be quicker and harder to dodge. The Viscera has tons of HP, but is way too easy to beat.

All enemies need buffed. The Volge are pretty tough, but now that I know how to fight them, they aren't that hard anymore. The Volge Troopers are harder to fight than the bombers or the Viscera. The Viscera is really cool, but his attacks need to be quicker and the charge attack should be a "one hit kill" if you are hit because it's easy to dodge most the time.
