You might want to try APB Reloaded - game is surprisingly good. Third person view, better graphic, better animation, better PvP, better dynamic, better weapons, better cars. Almost no PvE though. But it's free.

If I knew about APB and its quality most likely I would not purchase Defiance (Deluxe + season pass pre-order). Note: play on Joker US, Obeya EU community is disgusting.

I jump on daily and it's still the most fun I have over any of my other games. I hop on and usually a few of my friends are on, we find stuff to do together and have fun doing it.

Some people got sour on the game (like most of the complainers in this thread) yet they can't seem to move on. They'd rather try to bring others down with them in their misery by incessantly posting about how bad it is. It's all under the guise of "I'm trying to make the game better by pointing out it's many flaws" lol. Do me and others a favor and just move on, go post on the Diablo forums or whatever game you moved on to and drop all the adulation you want. But you ought to try and step away from these forums and convince others how bad you perceive this game to be. It's all subjective, people who like playing this game aren't gonna change their view because of your complaining.

Besides, I'm sure the majority of people who play this game don't come to these forums nor even know about them. You're better served by logging into the game and whining in area chat in game. Now hurry up and log on.

There is a certain reality to pointing out the things that people don't like or have trouble with so it will be noted for improvement, but I agree with you that the majority of the most persistent vitriolic whining seems to be from whiners who enjoy griefing in one form of another.

That's some amazingly detailed and accurate constructive criticism you gave so that the developers can focus on improving the game there matey. Makes me think, if those who leave these types of comments actually posted constructive criticism instead of throwing a temper tantrum and running off in a huff - would the game have improved more?

If this were in beta I would completely agree with you. However, we are paying customers. It is not our job to make the game better. They have plenty of actual constructive criticism during beta and alpha and they did not fix or did not have the time or creativity to fix many things.

No one PAYING to play the game has any obligation to the developer to try and make the game better. I don't pay a mechanic to fix my car then tell him how to do it better. If I could I would do it myself. I pay him to make it right.

I pay to play a fun functional working game. I do not pay to give a company ideas on how to fix something that was brought up many times during the alpha stage. If they did not listen then, what makes you think they will listen now.

Someone decided to dig APB out from its watery grave? I heard this game "died" years ago.

No one PAYING to play the game has any obligation to the developer to try and make the game better. I don't pay a mechanic to fix my car then tell him how to do it better. If I could I would do it myself. I pay him to make it right.

How does the mechanic become aware of the problem you've just went to him about so they'll fix it and make it so that your car runs as it's meant to? You tell them the problem and wait for them to fix it or do they know straight away by looking at the outer layer of your car?

It's essentially the same thing with this; those who are complaining about the issues they're having but then you see them running off because they don't get what they want the second they ask? Using your example that's like going to that mechanic telling him the problem, he then tells you to wait a certain amount of time but you run off leaving your car with the mechanic and never coming back to collect it when its been fixed.

It's funny, because the first month or so all the power grinders warned everyone how boring the "end game" is, and everyone pretty much blasted them for being no life neckbeards who played 10 hours a day.

Now that the game is like 3-4 months deep, a lot of the regular players and even casual crowd are reaching that point that the power grinders were and see what they were talking about all along.

The DLC can't come soon enough, and I really hope they do pump out all 5 during the TV show's break.

So, what you are saying is all the criticism directed at the power grinders was spot on? If it takes your average gamer 3-4 months to complete the same amount of content that would suggest there was plenty of content to start with.
