    1. Select your weapon in Salvage Matrix.

=WARNING: After next step you'll be one click or button press from scrapping your weapon. Make sure you know what you're doing, no children / pets / votans have access to your keyboard, you don't have voices in your head and all nanites in your blood are drunk and sleeping.=

    2. Click Retrieve Mods. If you don't have this option, you must level up your EGO some more. If you don't have any salvage options, check all your layouts and remove the weapon from them. On the right you'll see the list of mods installed on your weapon

    3. Select one of the mods, click View at the bottom of the screen. You'll see the details of the selected mod.

    4. Repeat with other mods if needed.

    5. Be sure to quit and re-enter Salvage Matrix before doing any other salvage jobs just in case.

I accidentally salvage a legendary weapon while I was trying to quick salvage everything else. You know there should be a multi select salvage option where as it asks "Do you really want to salvage 24 items?" and I'm like "To shtako with it, break it all down!"
"If the enemies seem to be too strong, seek weaker enemies, or seek stronger allies. Stop crying NERF!"

I spent a lot of time just wandering around Tam killing things, just to get a feel for the controls. Other than that, most of the things in the game were explained by EGO as I was working on them. She took the learning curve from a day or two to just 20 minutes. To fit with the theme, though, I wish I would've kept playing shooters pretty often before Defiance. My aim would've been much better, and to the state it's in now. I learned the ways of the Wolfhound really early on. Been carrying one since Tam.

You are better off knowing BEFORE you buy.

This post is for those who bought, but were not wise in the ways of the game.

Knowing how "empty or hollow it is" just an hour into the game means you don't even get to enjoy your purchase for an hour before becoming the bitter man you are now, stalking the forum of a game you hate.

This one. I guess 99% of the playerbase wasted a sh!tload of XP points because not knowing that.
Too bad, it had such a great potential.
