yes.....yes we are awesome and magical with many kinds of bacon.......its actually labeled canadian bacon in my province...... but that could just be for clarification for foreigners.....and it seems to be just as smoked and salt cured as regular bacon sometimes...... just packaged in a ham casing......either way it tastes good fried up with a sugar cane glaze.......mmmmmmmm.........
