basically it was a backyard match where everyone could be referee, player or supporter. some guys had knives and didn't like each other so it ended up with somebody decapacitated. Things like that happen in bars, on streets, anywhere all around the world - people get stabbed or their teeth kicked in for looking at someone the wrong way. In this case there was a crowd and they were hyped.

No, mate, things like decapitating and quartering and sticking someone's head on a spike in the middle of a field....those things do NOT happen regularly. Especially not in countries that are supposed to be civilized enough to host the Olympics.
