    Is anyone else not getting notifications only when someone gets on?

    P.S I'm talking about Xbox

    Xbox has been a beotch to me all day. I can't stay connected and when I try to log into xboxlive.com it says I found a glitch and shows a avatar of some dude. When I could log in my friends list is empty or all off line and no notices for messages or anything.
