New info on Battle Arenas :)

So I just watched ATB and they actually chose my question about Battle Arenas. It seems from what he said that there will be several different types of battle arenas, with each one being unique from the others. He also said that in each Battle Arena, each wave of enemies will be unique also.

There IS a limit on # of rounds in each arena, but just reaching the end is half the battle. You may finish the Battle but only get a bronze, so now we know it has medals like hotshots/racing/rampages. Sounds like you can score more points by doing certain things, like one round might be a multipier round where you have to keep it as high as possible until the end of the round. I like that he said each round and each arena is very unique and has special things about it that makes it different than all the others. The Battle Arena could be really fun from the way it sounds.

To finish he also said that the Battle Arenas is probably the "tightest fighting in the game"

Should have had unlimited rounds. I'll take unlimited rounds with no XP gain.

I was hoping for unlimited rounds also, but this sounds like it might be something that actually requires teamwork and strategy, so I can handle that. They definitely should look into doing something with unlimited rounds like Zombies on COD. That would be something people would have a blast doing for a long time. Something like that has tons of replayability because you can always do better with the right strategy.

Yeah I liked what I heard about the Battle Arenas. Hopefully we see some variety with them though so they don't get stale.

I like that they sound different than the sieges. A set number of rounds. Kinda like ME3MP maybe? I loved ME3's MP so I would probably love a similar mode with the arenas.

They could do things like going for a high score or even going for a quick completion time to get better rewards the better you do. I'm excited for it but I guess we'll have to wait and see exactly how it'll work.

So you can play this and get nothing? Or it may be like hotshots and rampages, and it'll take a lot of trial and error to find out how to get the gold. Only now it'll take 4 people not messing anything up to get a gold, or silver, or whatever we need to get some new achievement. I hope this is fun and works well, but I see a lot of room for this to become another PvP debacle. Please god let this be fun and work.

Haha yeah no doubt man! But really there is so much potential for this Arena Mode if they do it right, but if they are lazy and phone it in there, I'm sure it'll get stale and be a letdown.
