So, the first season of defiance is done and there's still no release date for the first DLC. Really? I mean come on....... theres only so much to do and bringing back old content is Schtako...... Why they didn't start the release process sooner so as to account for the wait time for approval is beyond me....... I have only been playing defi with a friend so i can talk to them and have something to do at the same time......trying to wait patiently for the first DLC to arrive has grown beyond even my patience......Trion has until April 2nd 2014 to release all 5 DLC packs and season 2 of the show is slated for June 2014 so that would keep with the schedule of having them released between seasons but with the next gen consoles being released later this year will defiance last that long? it would be nice to hear an official word on the DLC that isnt "We're working on it and will provide a release date when we have one." Schtako. at the rate they're going they will have less than 2 months between each DLC release(and that's assuming there are no delays) to make the April 2014 deadline.......

Now that the show is over I almost wonder if the game will actually start improving. Now that they don't have to rush to get content out every week or so, will they focus on fixing the larger issues?

It's already game over. This game has gotten more bad press than any other game I've ever seen, including Hellgate: London - and those f*ckers Flagshipped me!

This game is just one gigantic advertisement, that's all. It's a big ad for the tv show and it's a big ad for Dodge. Trion already has a very successful game, and has more big MMOs on the way. I'd bet money that the big execs at Trion don't care at all if Defiance is a quality game, they just want that advertisement money.

As for DLC, I wouldn't be surprised if it never releases. With the show being over until next season, I have a feeling the game will shut down for good. Oh but I'm sure it'll have some epically advertised crossover event with the TV Show. Yeah I bet it's so great....they'll give the game a quick mention like always.

I've given up myself sadly. Let's say the dlc is finally released. How many people will care by now? How many would buy it? How long will it even last and as mentioned above, how good will it be?

Dlc can't even save this game now. It's been far too long and anyone who cared moved on.

They probably want it to be done before they release it, unlike the actual game. They got so much bad press, the last they need is more because they release the dlc to early and it full of bugs.

I can wait for the DLC I am sure it won't be worth it but I did the season pass. I have other things to play with for now.

Anyone who has seen "Wreck it Ralph" knows the real problem with the game.
