Are you sure the items didn't just get added into your inventory? Occasionally, I have not gotten the notification of what I got in a lockbox purchase but the items did show up in my inventory...or at least I had 3 or 4 (depending on the lockbox type) additional items in inventory. I had enough in inventory that I couldn't identify specifically what I'd received but the total had incremented appropriately.

Thought that might have happened to me but figured I just did not notice but it seemed weird at time as the usual notice did not pop up stating what I got.

Same just happened to me at Iron Demon Ranch.
Had to purchase 2 keys to make up the difference bought a tier 4 and got nought. Nudduh. Sweet F A.
