How hard can it be to write in 9 persons in a group to appear rather than the one? Make it 9 persons over 9 episodes, OR make it a a gang of 9 raiders, I don’t know? A little imagination and they could to so much more...

It’s just the easy way and easy money that says it’s US only…

If they continue to think small = making 4th of July armor, contest that is US only they will lose the EU and Asia gamers. And I personally don’t think "US only" is a market they can survive on...
Why would 9 Arkhunters in the game all of the sudden be 9 Raiders in the show?

Are you one of those people that get frizzled at a continuity issue between game and show?

    That wouldn't help.

I have no chance of winning this contest, as I barely play MAYBE 5 hours a week, between work and other obligations. Even with a fair contest, I wouldn't win, I enjoy the game but I'm just a casual player. 6 hours a day every day, when do you have time to bathe? eat? If I played 6 hours a day, every day, I'd feel like I accomplished nothing with my day.

    To each his own though...

There is no doubt in my mind that I would never even come close to winning but to not even be given the chance to try is a major slap in the face.
Write you Government and demand change. Don't blame them for not jumping through political loops and insane charges/anti-gambling laws all because your nation still worships goats.

There is no such thing as a global event...

Asia is a region of nations all with their own laws. The EU is a Union of nations each with it's own laws that is failing miserably at currency unification..

FunFact... There is Two China's.. two separate nations of China.
The peoples Republic of China (Communist) And the Republic of China (Democracy)
    ^
Why is that important, Well, the Peoples Republic of china being as fickle as it is (trust, done far stranger things) might not allow an event in it's nation that recognizes The republic of China.. So you would have to chose one or the other and risk pissing off both nations in the process...

I’m a casual player myself and can't win nada. But, the community is clearly at least 50% Americans and 50% outside. So, why not make things with the game that EVERYONE can strive for? That's my only question...

About the 9 ark hunters going raiders. The price was to get your "face on the screen". Why must a player in the game be the same thing in the show?

And no, I don't get frizzled as I do not follow the show more than what I read here at the forum. I did see the first couple of episodes and the last one. I could care less about the show making it to the second season...

I can't wait to see these "likenesses" the show puts out next season. The WOW South Park episode definately comes to mind lol.

What? I don't recall any UK laws ever being influenced by the worship of goats. Those voices you hear in your head, the ones no one else can hear but you, don't always provide accurate information.

Trust me, you're missing nothing by not being in said contest. Years from now you'll laugh that you took it so serious.

Besides, rule one as a non US resident or expat: never admit you are. It is pretty easy to go around that.

As I said, I was under no illusion that I would even come close to winning and I am not taking it too seriously there is a fair amount of hyperbole to my original post.

I think Envy got confused about the Buggery Act of 1533
