You can respec, but it costs each time. The details are in the "Help" section if you go into the section with Intel and whatnot on the circular menu. (Y'know, the one you have to sort of find by accident.)
You can fully respec your ego points (including the ego power you pick, at least in beta) at the cost of script.Originally Posted by Raserei
scrip cost is increasing with your EGO lvl, not with the number of respecs.
EGOlvl 100 is about 900scrip for respec, if I remember correctly
