I actually never imagined that POW tasted like a beef/pork hybrid, and always assumed it was very stringy beef.

I'm not sure how it'd even be physically possible for a meat to reflect a beef/pork hybrid, but if it was possible, that'd be pretty fantastic.

It'd make meatloaves way simpler, and tastier, that's for sure:

2 lbs POW
2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup mayo
salt

Mix together. Wrap in foil. Heat over your campfire for an hour or two. Consistency of beef, with the richness of pork fat? Yay!

(For real life alternatives, 1 lb beef, 1 pack of fried bacon + fat replaces 2 lbs POW, and bake 50 minutes @ 350 degrees F).
