    Patch Error, Please try again later.

    I've been trying to download the game since the 1.021 patch came out.
    Repeatedly I get an error in a pop up box stating "Patch Error, Please try again later."
    I have gotten the patch error about 6-7 times. When I click "Update" again, it re-downloads real quick up to the error point, then continues at 2.00Mbps download speed.

    I've been attempting to download it again for about 24 hours after reinstalling the game at the suggestion of Tech Support. I was unable to re-download the full game as I get the previously stated message. So I tried downloading it on Steam. Steam got me the main game, but I have to go to Trion for the Patches. That is where I have run into the previous problem the reinstall was supposed to take care of. Mind you this is the 3rd reinstall I've done for this same issue.
    I was in chat today with one of the tech devs and supposedly I've had a case 'elevated' to be brought to the attention of a Senior Tech dev. But after 6 attempts with the Tech support staff, the doubts are setting in.

    I understand that others have had this same issue, if so have any of you out there with this issue solve it?
    IF so, how?
    I already got the Digital Deluxe edition with a season pass so, simply not playing isn't an option as I'd have wasted a pretty penny. It is ludicrous that I've spend more time trying to install the game and it's patches than I have playing. So I'm at my wits end. Besides I like the game and the show so I'm trying to be Optimistic.

    Suggestions?

    This is my already established thread on same issue. Lets try to keep this on one, big annoying thread.
    Truth is any fixes only seem to work for "some" people. It seems Sledgehammer is now on the case for any info. I got fobbed off by tech support too. The issue seems to happen across ALL platforms even on steam.
    I have asked multiple times now for a standalone patch to be hosted whilst they sort out the issue, or even a torrent.
    As yet, ZERO response to that request.
    You've tried 24 hours? THREE WEEKS HERE. Last patch took me NINE DAYS of my pc being on 24 hours per day, constantly resetting the patcher.

    Best option for us is to demand either a standalone patch, or get Trion to release a torrent for the patch.

    good luck with tech support. All I can suggest is post your entire network specs, without any security info in the vane hope we can identify a common theme. I am convinced it is to do with some for of DoS, flood protection, security something or other but I have tried everything on the forums and tech support have requested.
