Legendary prices?

I was wondering if anyone knows what the going rate is for a legendary VBI TACC Assault Rifle with Syphon, it's level 604. It has 3 bonuses...not counting weapon mastery bonus. They are x1.10 fire rate, -.10 recoil, and 10% Ego recharge on a full reload. Any idea what that is worth?
