Rewards tied to character or account?

Will the preorder bonuses like inventory space and lockboxes be bound to our character or account? If I decide to remake a new character, will he still receive the preorder rewards and Arkfall Code rewards?

Looks to me like its based upon your account. There is nothing in the text that says "for one character only". Its specifically says "you" and all of your characters are you.

Preorder bonuses are always account bound. Well maybe I shouldn't say always. But in my experience I haven't seen something that wasn't account bound and only went towards your first character.

It should be the same as purchases in the Store. When you make a new character, just open the Store after exiting the Tutorial area and "Claim Items" to get all your unlocks.

Well, that's not QUITE accurate for the store, at least not in beta. SOME items, such as headgear, outfits, and vehicles. Others were instantly applied to the character doing the purchase, such as BOOSTS and T4 lockboxes. I don't remember if the Inventory slots were insta applied or available for claiming.

Haha I tried Age of Wushu and it was character bound. Naturally it caused a bit of an uproar since people who deleted their characters lost their benefits. I think it'll be good for this issue to be clarified since I'm sure some people will reroll characters. It'll remove some doubt at least.

Inventory slots were auto added , I didnt claim them when I used quickbuy.

I kinda wish lockboxes went in inv and let us open them but then thats just me probably
