no really bro im not trolling you , im being serious, there was nothing about borderlands that interested me. It is far from a game to set on a pedistle. not groundbreaking or revolutionary what so ever. so im failing to see how you can compare new titles or future titles to it. it just dosnt work lol. but then again i havent owned a 360 since DC vs MK or Gears of war 3. I just don't see it with borderlands. AT ALL lol

Borderlands you pick a character with the skill sets you want already based out. That doesn't happen in Defiance you start with a hollow character and add you own skill sets more like The Secret World which I beta tested as well.

umm no dude. borderlands you start out with a character with 3 skill trees. each character with their own tree. you build those skill trees how you want, anyway you want. granted there arent much to choose from..defiance you have a character that has a set number of skills(4 major ones) that you build around how you want. its the same. in both games you can customize your builds. defiance just has more choices for you to do so with 1 character.

Probably more, but you get my point, still a great game though.
lmao my favorite part was: Random chick inside your head who guides you? check. holy crap took me a few minutes to stop laughing.
