You guys need to take me off of that list, TRION support screwed me over and ever since my character got corrupted I pretty much lost everything and can't enter the game.

They literally have no idea how to fix the issue and have been avoiding even trying to help me on my situation, it's been almost 3 weeks since I was actually able to even get into the game, I'm about to just move on and ask for a refund.

Anyone know who I need to talk to for a refund in bits and digital currency spent on this game?

Holy god that sucks, the only way you could get your bits refunded is by going directly through your bank. You may need to send them email transcripts showing they cant fix your account. Then you will ask your bank for a refund on the digital purchases due to "Services not delivered/incomplete."

So the popularity contest caused a little butthurt. My understanding is people shouldn't queue with clan-mates like everybody does in any other game BF3, COD, etc. Though for me there are usually only 3 people i group with.

That aside take a chill pill this game is definitely not even remotely serious. Defiance shelf life is probably any popular E3 game.
