No Chat Function

For about a month now I don't have the Chat function available at all, I can't send or receive any chat. (Area, Group, Clan etc.) At first I thought everyone was having this issue until my buddies told me that they were getting area chats all the time...so what gives?

When I press down on the D-Pad all the options are greyed out, I even went into the settings and made sure that everything was "on" so that's not the problem, anyone else having this issue?

Trion please do something about this.

You didn't happen to turn Mute Text/Chat ON did you?

Social > Chat > Mute Text/Mute Voice.

In order to chat, these need to be OFF.

Wow that was the problem, don't know why those are "on" 'cause I never even touched the social button, I've always gone to settings if I wanted to mess with settings.
