I was thinking of getting it from Tesco and then taking the box from the UE back in unopened for a full refund, but looking at it, they may have different barcodes, so could end up out of pocket.

I think a free digital download perhaps with a 20 day trial period unlock code for all pre-orders would be nice.

You're going to feel pretty lonely on xbox. Almost everyone I know switched since you cant cross platform play. Just consider that.

I doubt that. Aside from there being a large amount of players in the beta, there is a very active community at www.xbox360achievements.org all clammering to play. Plus, Xbox sales are still good in comparison to other platforms.

Mine still says 2nd for dispatch but that will change. I've just received the email stating the 12th too. Frustrating isn't the word.

I can't wait and be 10 days behind so I'll order the standard edition too...but not from Amazon.

I ordered the standard edition now from shopto never been let down with them, will still get the ultimate edition and give the standard to my brother just because im so nice

If Gamestop is available order it through them at a physical store, haven't used their online store but I hope you all get the edition you orginally wanted on time. It sucks with incidence like this happen, hopefully it get straightened out you all get it on release day.

No it isn't all UE Editions. I've just rang customer services @ Amazon and they said that my order is fine and should ship tomorrow for delivery Tuesday. She stated that the change in date is because they have not received into stock the original amount promised so essentially it is being shipped on a first come first served basis. If they contacted you tell you its delayed than it's delayed, no mail means yours will still ship as planned.

Oh ok. I preordered in January! I find it hard to believe its on a first come first served basis but I'm not saying you're wrong. They're just cocking things up again :-(

Seems they forgot to ship the entire game (collectors/ultimate edition) to half of Europe.. Or just bad marketing here?

I doubt if it's a european wide problem. It's par for the course for the UK to mess these launches up.
