17:45 Tariq (CSA) : I understand that you are disappointed by this, but there is little that Amazon can do to get the stock sooner than Namco have said they will supply it.

17:58 Tariq (CSA) : The only thing that I could think of would be to order the SE of the game and return it for a refund once the UE arrived. However this would only work if the SE that was returned was still fully usable.

18:02 Tariq (CSA) : That's my concern if a code had to be redeemed then the disc could only be used by the redeemer- rendering it useless if it were returned

Ty Sledge. Is there also any chance that you could let us know if those of us who have ordered the UE can buy the SE and upgrade the account when amazon finally ship the UE to us all.

Fair enough to you. but if you think about it Amazon is the only UK seller of UE for xbox and from my point of view they have responsibility to their customers.... I would like to cancel it but I cant get UE anywhere else believe me I would if I could... Besides it is pre-order right? so how come it is 'released' after release date? stupid if u ask me....
Lets pray dev's can at least answer to our prayers and sort things out with their publisher cos right now it doesn't look like a good start of a something that can have a great potential...

It isn't our fault that other companies aren't selling the U.E edition. It's not an Amazon exclusive by any means. We can't be held responsible for what other retailers sell. I share your frustration but the decision to push back the release isn't something we have any control over.

I got the same email. I dont understand how this is so messed up. They have known whats gonna come with the ue for months now. If its held up because of the stupid hell bug figure I'm gonna be so p*****. Only got the ultimate edition because it made financial sense to. You get the lot for less than £63 whereas if you bought the game (£35 at least) and the season pass (£27ish) seprately plus the other micro transation bits it would cost you more.
