Game never had the UE edition, they had the CE edition which was one step down from the UE. Their CE has been pulled as well. Seeing as this issue only affects the UK, I hope Trion update us at a reasonable hour and they take into account time differences.

They will and they are, I just got them to confirm via e-mail. All they will do is fine / charge back the supplier for the UE **** up. Essentially Amazon are doing us a massive favour at Namco Bandai's expense. So...YAY AMAZON

Again, waiting on sledge to confirm. And where am i to get this deal then? I cannot be bothered to waist my time starting the game 3 times in a row.. And when the UE turns up and i begin my playthrough on that i would of already missed events that may/may not happen that are one time events.

Edit: I cannot see where Amazon can do this whole swap out a brand new game for free.. IF the game comes with a one time use code the only way they could fix this is if they were to send out the UE codes with a SE copy and once the SE has been returned they would then send out the physical items?

Your not buying "exclusive" copies of the game, Like I said before the game will come with a code that has to be registered on the website linking YOU the person to a Purchase of the game.

Surely then, on that knowledge there is no point at all doing a deal with Amazon to send back a opened SE.. Because SURELY you wont be able to play the SE without inputting the code.. Which renders the SE useless to Amazon.. It immediately becomes 2nd hand. Why are they gonna accept a 2nd hand copy of a game back that has no unlock code for a brand new UE with a code you wont be able to link because of a prior code unless your insane enough to have 3 play throughs by making a 2nd xbox account.

The code unlocks the online for your account, so you send back the ultimate edition code with the SE box, hence it is now not un-usable. I would be very surprised if the online pass code has any link what-so-ever with the UE extras. These will more than likely be separate codes on separate sheets of paper in the box. By keeping the online pass side of it generic it keeps costs down as you don't have to sort out seperate codes for certain game boxes.

In fact I would say that when you get your ultimate edition, you'll get a xbox box sealed up with the code inside it, and it all looks exactly like the standard edition, except for being wrapped up in a nice presentation box with a bag and a hellbug.
