I'm sure you'll understand that I'm not able to go into detail about what we're trying to do to help our customers just now. It may seem like splitting hairs but I wouldn't consider this compensation. I would just consider it normal Amazon customer service. We always do our best to offer alternatives for our customers when these things happen. To us that's not compensation. Just good service. Anyway I would definitely advise you to contact customer services about your pre-order and hopefully they'll arrange something for you.

How is it not compensating then? Compensation is not completely giving stuff for free its the little things to keep people still interested in the product. I am sure most people would agree with me thats all and thanks for the advise.

He said he's working on it. It's not a simple issue. The game comes out in a few days so give him a day or so and he might have an answer.

The game is out in a few days, so give him a day or so...... Based on the idea we need to have the pre-order in today to stand any chance of getting it on the 2nd, I think a response within a few hours rather than a few days would be helpful.
