There are no digital versions for the Xbox 360, and the digital version doesn't come with the physical swag that many want. But at least they are getting an Ultimate edition in the UK eventually, unlike Australasia. Thank's for the "everyone gets to start on an equal playing field" So glad that we down here don't count as part of everyone.

So glad that now that it's people in the UK getting screwed over for a few days rather than people downunder not getting ti at all that gets Trion to say they will look into and post something shortly. Sadly, no matter the outcome it will not waffect the fact that Namco Bandai has screwed over a sizeable portion of customers for the game with lies.

Yes. You can find his posts using Dev Tracker. BTW, I'm pretty sure Kahuna is quite busy with his responsibilites to the German community. I doubt that he has the time (or responsibility) to keep the EN community updated. That's the EN team in San Diego's responsibility.

The only reason I asked was because somebody pointed out Kahuna is based in London. Plus, I have just been reading his posts and the threads on the same issues in the German forums. Kahuna has done a Sledge there and posted something a couple of days back about the issues with Amazon and has then not got back with any updates.

If anybody from Trion can just shed some light on what the rationale is behind the UE delay, then I'd be happy. I don't like being a mushroom.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected delay a few select retailers in Europe may not have stock of Defiance Ultimate Edition and Collector’s Edition on PC and Ultimate Edition on Xbox 360 in time for April 2. This delay impacts a small amount of customers and is confined mostly to pre-orders placed with Amazon UK and a small number of retailers in France and Spain. All affected customers have been contacted by their retailer outlining a new delivery date. Please note, we are working with those select retailers to deliver ahead of those new outlined dates.

I feel sorry for Trion regarding this, Remember they only make the game not publish the game. Its Namco Bandi that everyone should really be having a go at its them that have screwed it up for everyone and left Amazon and Trion to clear up there mess.
