Fair enough to you. but if you think about it Amazon is the only UK seller of UE for xbox and from my point of view they have responsibility to their customers.... I would like to cancel it but I cant get UE anywhere else believe me I would if I could... Besides it is pre-order right? so how come it is 'released' after release date? stupid if u ask me....
Lets pray dev's can at least answer to our prayers and sort things out with their publisher cos right now it doesn't look like a good start of a something that can have a great potential...

well i guess us brits only get 4 days after launch to play through the story

If it was all platforms that were effected i would think "maybe they didn't get one of the collector items ready in time".If it was all editions on the 360 you could think "maybe there was an error that caused them to need to re-print".But i don't get why it is only the collectors editions and only on 360.

I understand that it is not amazon's fault but if they want their customers to be happy they need to throw us a bone. Maybe negotiate something with namco bandai to compensate the wait they will put us through. The only thing we received so far is just we are sorry etc. and then hope that helps..... really it doesn't help.
I booked few days off from work to take advantage of the 7 days xp bonus with my UE. Can't change the dates now so imagine my frustration now....
